 Cancellation Policy

 In any case, if the Members would like to WITHDRAW/CANCEL the  MEMBERSHIP/BOOKING.

• Members are eligible for withdraw / cancellation of booking only after plot allotment.
• Members has to submit a request letter to the society, and the refund will be processed within 60 working days from the date of submitting the letter.
• Booking amount will be refunded to the Members in the form of Cheque / Demand draft.
